The First Rainbow is a story of perseverance and tenacity, while over coming insurmountable odds. One tiny raindrop solicits the aid of the weather families when he discovers the earth is experiencing a serious drought. He realizes he must save the world. In the end he shows that one person can truly make a difference.
The colorful illustrations and intricate borders that surround the text create a unique reading experience. The book was originally a coloring book created for my Fulbright scholarship in Ghana. The story and illustrations were well received by the schools and individuals we visited.
